I want to start building an internal site that is used to recuit and educate Super Affiliates for Willo.ai to sign up. We will have the following assets and education for them. One “Partner Overview” page (or Notion doc) All this is on the public landing page. •⁠ ⁠What the platform does in plain language. •⁠ ⁠Who it’s for (busy founders, solopreneurs, consultants, incubators). •⁠ ⁠Case study or demo GIF/video showing someone using it in real time. •⁠ ⁠Commission structure and payout schedule.[podcastmovement +1] This stuff below will be in the logged in portal. •⁠ ⁠Three ready‑to‑go promotion formats •⁠ ⁠30–60 second host‑read script (podcast/YouTube). •⁠ ⁠1 short feature blurb for newsletter (75–120 words). •⁠ ⁠One‑pager / PDF they can link in their “Resources” section. •⁠ ⁠Tracking & payout •⁠ ⁠Unique codes/links for each partner.[thepodcasthost +1] •⁠ ⁠Dashboard screenshot they can see in the overview so they know it’s legit. Logins / new accounts will have to be "approved" before they are fully created and access given. They have to "apply to get access", and we'll need a mechanism to have admin approve or deny Add a calculator for seeing what their earnings can be. This is the biggest thing on launch with the landing page to dial in. It's 25% earnings for Super Affiliates on tier 1 referrals. And it's 5% on top for any tier 2. We want a bunch of social proof that it's a great way for supers to make money. We don't have these yet, but build as much social proof as possible without it for now. We want to add key parts of the program. We'll want it to be internal and not easily publicly accessible, but open to anyone to check it out. But some of the materials and assets would be locked behind a login. It's for affiliates that are worth upgrading and for new potential Super affiliates. Follow best practices for affiliate programs. We're using Tolt.io as the tracking, but it doesn't do 2 levels deep, so we may have you build a system connected to tolt to track this internally. eventually you'll do an API connection for it. but not on launch Some details on Tolt as well built into it
